We cooperate with many leading companies in the Polish and Scandinavian markets.

We design in a 3D environment. We prepare strength analysis, using  recognized calculation programs.

At the customer’s request, we use in our documentation GPS dimensioning in accordance with ISO standards.

High quality of the documentation provided to the customer is ensured by the use of  documentation management system (PDM - AutoDesk Vault).

STEEL STRUCTURES

We design steel structures such as support frames, containers, platforms and stairs to ensure easy access to machines, equipment and devices.

We perform strength analysis and calculations on steel structures in accordance with European standards (Eurocode).

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT

We design mechanical equipment such as conveyors for fuels, ash and other materials specified by the customer.

We design complete systems for fuel feeding to biomass boilers.

PRESSURE EQUIPMENT

Pressure equipment is produced in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU) and harmonized standards.

We guarantee that our projects will be approved by notified bodies across Europe.

FILTRATION EQUIPMENT

We design the following filtration equipment:

bag filters, cyclones, multi-cyclones and dust collectors.

We specialize in equipment for the purification of flue gas from boilers used for energy production from biomass and waste.

We tailor our products to individual customer installations.

PIPELINES

We design water and steam pipelines in accordance with EN 13480, and we select fittings according to our customer requirements.

For all pipelines, we perform stress analysis using specialized software AutoPIPE.

SUPPORT CONSTRUCTIONS FOR MODULAR BUILDING

We design buildings, production and storage halls in accordance with the construction law and European standards.
